Oranges

wow, I'm on an orange kick lately.....anyone else like oranges?

especially those little seedless morrocan ones, in the wooden crates: Clementines!!

these things are GREAT cold, right out of the fridge!!

I can eat a box of these a day.

they also have a self defense system: squirting you in the eye when you try to peel them ;)

Living in Big Orange Country, near Univ. of Tennessee, we get our share of orange.

I like them peeled by someone else. I'm lazy.

yeah, too bad they don't grow up here in Canada, they must taste even better right off the tree!

I know apples from an orchard taste 200% better than the stuff you get at the store........it must be the same with oranges?

The doorbell just rang and the lovely wife ordered a huge box of oranges from the local high school band.

I lived in Florida for 10 years, and we'd go to the orchards and buy the "over-ripes", or the ones laying on the ground for fractions of what you'd pay for picked ones..

I ate so many oranges, that I burned myself out on them. So, i don't eat them very often anymore..

Now,, peaches,,,, THAT's another subject!!!!

No joke... I love the fruit, but Volunteer Orange makes me ill...

Mmmm peaches....I make a run to Michigan every year and get a few bushels. Eat em until I get sick and then make jam with the rest.

I went last night to see my Mexican Bandito Friends who work in a Fruit Store' & wow they gave me the Juciest Oranges~~~

I am spoiled. My parents have orange and avocado trees.
I go over and eat them right off the tree, and throw the peel on the ground. Thats the way to eat an orange! :)

add mango, grapefruit, carambola, papaya, and plantain to get a picture of my yard. something fresh almost all the time.
