Anybody else play Guild accoustics? Mine is a DCE5 with Ebony board, gold Grovers, Fishman. When I AB'd it with the other brands, I thought it had the best tone in it's price range. :dude

I don't own one but I like their 12 strings.

This was my acoustic bass thru the late 80's early 90's, we did coffee house gigs during the weeknights and electric music on the weekends. I do miss it, sold it to George Gruhn:(

I've been eyeing their 12 strings as well Gazza. I don't have a 12 at the moment, and the Guilds look pretty good.

Here is my 1979 Guild F50-BL. I purchased it new in February of 1980 and have never let go. :)
