Hey guys.
Just waiting on the mechanic. He's fixing my truck.
Tea sounds good!

Yeah I think I'll go back to Chevy next time. My last 2 trucks were chevys. My old '91 S10 has 300,000 miles on the original engine and is still going strong.

I like old Fords, up until the mid 60's they are ok.

I worked at a Fertilizer/Chemical Plant once and all they had for pickups was Fords and they broke down all the time and we had to repair them in the shop. They scared me away for good. Replacing a hydraulic clutch in a mid 80's Ford was scary. "Bring me a 1/2 inch socket" "Now bring me a 20mm socket"
Metric and standard nuts and bolts on the thing from the factory!
Then I had to push the clutch pedal in while another guy shoved the tranny in place, otherwise it wouldnt go in! Crazzzy stuff Maynard..

Arrrrg!!
I am soo pissed right now. 1 am I just got back from an hour walk courtesy of my Ford truck, or possibly my mechanic? He had the thing torn apart to fix the leak.

It died on the way home from work tonight. The battery is dead/low and somthing smells fried in the engine compartment. Alternator maybe?
Either way there is going to be hell to pay if the mechanic did this.

I think it's days are lettered!
