Here is some pictures of the best sounding acoustic guitar I have ever played,it may actually be the best sounding acoustic I have ever layed my hands on.The pictures don't do justice but they were taken by a friend so they are the only ones I have.There is alot more flame than is visible in the photos.This guitar was hanpicked at the Gibson Montana factory.It's to bad she might be leaving my collection.

It looks alot better in person and sounds unreal,I think it's possesed......seriously.:cool:

Gazza, how does it compare/differ from the Martin?

The Dove was easier to play,it had more highs than the Martin and still had killer lows, sounded very clear and articulate.The Dove sounds like a piano, I can't explain it, just awesome! I compared it with some quilted hummingbirds and this one was really special, it's not your run of the mill guitar.

Hey Gazza,
Nice guitar! I'm very partial to the Gibson acoustics. I've got a J-185 that's like my right arm ( I'd have a hard time parting with it)! Got mine set up with high action and it sounds killer with a heavy glass slide. Makes me think I'm better than I am. I like the guitars I've been seeing out of the Montana factory. Hope you don't have to part with yours.

I have too many guitars and too little time,I hate seeing instruments sit unused.I only keep what I play,The Dove was killer but it's not my #1 acoustic,it could have been in time......what a great guitar it is.

Know what you mean, I have a few guitars but you have to spend some serious time with them before you know how they respond. Kinda like women and cars, I always want a lot but you can only afford to handle a few at a time!
