Well, it wasn't really a "crash" - it was a messed up "upgrade" which Server Dude and his staff of geniuses worked out for us promptly!

i'm glad to know it was an "upgrade" and nor EdR. ;)
when i saw that lovely screen that said a data problem,i thought "here we go again!!"
glad everything's cool again.

That's a shot at me, Steve.

I broke my drill press today. THe table just sheared right off the post.
Grr.

Ouch ! I hope it didn't hit your foot. That could hurt.

Ed you need to cut the slots for the frets before squeezing them in! ;)

My foot's fine, the table didn't drop onto it, it just fell onto the workbench- this was a small 9 inch drill press. Anyway, I went out and bought a nice table-top 12-inch drill press ith the rack and pinion table height adjustment and variable speed and dail depth adjustment. I'd been wanting a good reason to buy a new drill press anyway becaue this one was getting worn out with all teh abuse I'd given it. The new one was only $170 bucks and it assembled. It too kme all of two hours to drive to the store, buy the drill press, drive home, assemble the drill press, and finish the fret pressing.
