New guitar advice for around $200

I know it really only matters what feels/sounds good to me but I dont know where to start. I have a limited budget and would like to get a good all-round guitar for around $200. If that is possible. What would your top 3 be? I really wish the Stratacoustic got better reviews, as i like that style.
