Dobro Hound Dog

Hey Wahsters, I haven't posted here in a while. Been really busy and just haven't found the time. Man, I hate it when work gets in the way of my music!

HAPPY CANADA DAY 'eh!

Well I did it finaly after quite a few months of playing, searching and seeking I settled on the Dobro Hound Dog. I'm sure its made offshore but its really hard to tell. The satin finish is OK and the spider bridge has interesting tone.
It's a round neck (Sorry Hank, No bluegrass from this Dobro) and it plays really well and has good volume and tone considering there's no soundwell. The open body brings a different tone alrogether and the Fishman passive pickup just adds enough oomph when I'm jammin' with Strats and LP's.
Now if I can just get that slide to work right..........:play
