Does anyone know who is making Martin O size guitars? Martin only makes artist series guitars in this size, and all I want is a guitar like the O-16NY I played one time, should have bought, but walked away from. 12 fret, short scale, minimal ornamentation, big fat neck, fantastic fingerpicking tone.

Since Martin is not making them, do you know of anyone else who makes a good one?

Eric Schoenberg in Tiburon, Ca. http://om28.com/ shows a listing for one. I believe it is sold though. Bruce Sexuaer is currently making Martin style guitars for him under the Schoenberg name. They are all excellent sounding and have a nice price tag!

Funny, I wrote him but he never replied. He must be busy. Thanks for the link, though! Turns out there are some builders in Virginia and Tennessee who are replicating Golden Era Martins and Gibsons. Maybe I can find one of them to make me a 12 fret short OOO or something.

Thanks again!
