So, what is it--an Acoustic Guitar or an Electric Guitar?
My old 1960 Kay Archtop has that 'ol Kay type D'Armond pick-up, and it does sound very very nice plugged in--when I plug her in. Seems I grab this little beauty more than any of my others guitars, which are always carefully put away in their cases at night. But that 'ol Kay is left out and I grab it so easily. It's not too loud (acoustically) but just right for intimate playing. You know, as much as I like the play a Strat, or Les Paul acoustically (sometimes hours on end in the bathroom's satisfying acoustics), this well-worn Kay just feels so good and comes alive with sound with just the slightest touch.
But what is it? An acoustic or an electric?
