Just bought an acoustic.... [Archive]

I must be getting old!... Actually years ago I used to play acoustics quite a bit. But not in the last ten years, so I thought it was time again. Problem is, I dont have much of a budget to work with at the moment, only around 5-600 bucks so I bought a Tacoma DM9. I dont know what the rep is of these guitars, maybe some of you guys in the know would say its firewood, I dont know, but in that price range I was very impressed with the tone. Much better than the Martins and Taylors I almost bought that were in the same range. Of course those were not solid wood and the Tacoma is and I guess thats the big difference.

Now I just gotta head to Brooklyn and get some of that fine Calamari grease fretboard oil that Nelson uses on all his babies... uh oh, hope I didnt give away his secret!!!

A Great guitar, your ears never forget good tone! Tacoma is a great company that backs there guitars life time, they even let you transfer the warranty to the next owner if you decide to sell. Whats that tell you? Best of luck, I think its time for me to purchase my third Tacoma acoustic!
