Do any of you have aphoto of the new Peterson Strobe that was shown at NAMM? It is about the size of a Boss Pedal.

Not on their Web site yet.

Spose, is the display brighter on the II than the original. I would love to get one. My son gave me a TU 2 last year so I would be reluctant to trade it. Don't want to hurt his feelings.

We all need more than 1 tuner, right?

I don't know if it's a brighter display than the VSI, but it's plenty bright..I have no issues with it.

I know I need more then one tuner...one in the bass rack..one for the bench and maybe one of these for a pedal board!

Hey Joe..
have you ever tried the Pythagorean temperament on the VSII?

we tuned all the guitars to it last night and we were blown away!

much sweeter open chords..the open D is right on and the F chord is also right on for a change......major improvement.

try it if you haven't.........Lily is sticking with it on the acoustic guitars.

PS- your studio looks soooooo inviting..my kind of place!!

I urge all you guys with VS II's to try the Pythagorean temperament! This sweetened tuning is great and I highly recommend it...TRY IT AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!!

Mine is not a II... Mine is the first incarnation. I'll have to look and see if it has that. But, it sounds like it works like the Buzz Feiten on my Baker.

Man, that think is so in tune.....

Cool!!!!!! Looks like i may need to upgrade..!!!!

Joe, I was just saying to Lily, that I think these temperament tunings are what the Feiten system is addressing.....and I'm thinking that this tuner makes the Feiten not necessary. Unbelievable difference with this sweetened tuning.
