Toronto!! Fantastic town!

I've visited there a few times, and I always enjoyed it.

I don't know if you get out to gig, or if you see many bands, but if you catch anybody good in Toronto, who might be coming Michigan way, give me a holler! I'm always looking to see new talent.

And if you ever get over here, let me know, and we'll do some playin'...

Ypsilanti!

I played there last night. A place called the Tap Room. They have a "sittin' in" blues jam every Tuesday and Thursday. I've found myself in the middle of some incredibly good-sounding jams there. Very fun!

Let me know when you're coming to Ypsi, we'll do some pickin' and grinnin'...

Well now, It seems that this is cool forum.
lyles checking in from the booming town of Waterdown Ontario about 35 minutes west of Toronto and few scant kilometers from the very bluesy steel town of Hamilton and I'm glad to be aboard.
Oh and No....in case you're wonderin' we don't all have SARS or MAD COW or whatever else the press is bangin' on about but we do have some really cool music here. Great bands and great clubs.
My axe and stuff? A 2000 American Strat dark sunburst finish with a rosewood fingerboard cranked through a Peavey Bravo 120. Neat sounds. I also blow a little harp through a good old green bullet mic and enjoy the blues from all angles.
When the sound really counts..............Play the Blues!

Would you just happen to be the ace guitarist that plays the really mean G Mag second solo in a song where I do the first solo, namely Sweet Home Alabama?

It didn't click when I saw your first few posts, ya sneaky dog ya.

I think you will have fun here. See you Monday. I've got the Marshalls warming up.
