Tunning keys

What are your favorite type of tunning keys for an acoustic guitar?I personally really like waverlys, but I don't have much of a prefrence.How can tunning keys affect the sound,tone,sustain of an acoustic guitar?

Gazza, I'm a vintage fan first so I always want what's "correct" from the originals. I don't really have a preference but I really like the old open-back Waverly's on Martins and Gibsons.

On Les Pauls I've always liked the Kluson style with plastic buttons over the Grovers. that'sjustme
