Help id'ing an old Gibson

Hi,

Can one of you good folks id this old Gibson acoustic? It belongs to my wife and her siblings! (We have it now after having had it restored by Bill Giebitz in Austin.) It belonged to her Dad. It's been to Mexico in a bag, checked, cracked (and repaired), and thoroughly scraped and finger picked. Sounds great!

It's a '63, but I'm not sure what model it is. Do you know?

My best guess is a J-50. Here's a site picturing a similar Gibson flat top. Hope this helps. hank
